GESTA Gesellschaft für Stahlrohrgerüste mbH is a company of the Teupe Group and is active in industrial scaffolding construction. With our industrial scaffolding, we are constantly on site at various plants in the chemical and processing industries as well as in energy and steel production.
Your mission
- You instruct the subordinate employees according to the specifications of the site management
- You implement the technical solutions and ensure a smooth process
- You ensure the application and implementation of quality and safety standards
- You ensure the optimal functionality of the scaffolding and carry out scaffolding inspections
- You make preparations for the recording of services and measurements
- In collaboration with the site manager, you create weekly repair and inspection plans and, in coordination with the division manager, take over resource planning and the preparation of quotations for projects
Your profile
- You have professional experience in industrial scaffolding construction, preferably in the chemical industry
- Ideally, you have successfully completed further training as a certified scaffolding assembly manager (m/f/d)
- You work independently, conscientiously, enjoy working in a team and are reliable
- You are willing to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends and public holidays
- You have a class B driving licence
