Your mission
You will be responsible for the efficient and smooth production of our temporary steel construction and its technical welding monitoring. As a welding specialist, you will also be responsible for the planning, training and quality control of our production and employees.

- Planning, controlling and monitoring the entire production process, including production capacity, personnel deployment and material procurement
- Optimization of production processes, ensuring quality standards and compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Personnel management and development, including training and motivation of employees
- Budgeting and cost control in the production area
- Communication and cooperation with other departments
- Continuous improvement of production processes
Welding management:
- Planning welding projects and selecting the appropriate welding process and welding technology for the respective materials and requirements
- Instruction and supervision of welding work in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Documentation of the welding work carried out and the materials used
- Instruction and supervision of the maintenance and servicing of welding devices and equipment
- Training employees in the field of welding and quality control
Your profile
- Completed training as a welder or comparable qualification as a welding specialist (m/f/d) or welding technician (m/f/d)
- Sound professional experience in welding metal constructions
- Proven knowledge of various welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG)
- Driving license class 3 (B)
- Commitment, sense of responsibility and reliability
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented way of working and assertiveness
