Under the umbrella of the Teupe Group, we employ a total of around 550 people in Germany at our headquarters in Stadtlohn and five other locations as well as in Austria and Switzerland.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Hamburg.

Your mission

You will be responsible for:

Commercial and technical project management of scaffolding construction projects
Quotation preparation and calculation
Contract negotiations with clients
Management of the commercial staff
Contract negotiation and management of subcontractors
Customer care and acquisition of new customers
Responsibility for optimal use of resources, in particular material and personnel resources

Your profile

You have:

a degree in engineering, preferably in civil engineering or industrial engineering or alternatively an apprenticeship as a construction technician (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience in scaffolding or in the construction industry
Alternatively, completed further training as a certified scaffolding crew leader (m/f/d) or scaffolding foreman (m/f/d) with professional experience and potential as a project manager (m/f/d)
Knowledge of contract law and VOB
Distinct entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high commitment
Social competence, team spirit and the ability to lead employees
an independent, conscientious and reliable way of working
IT skills and you are experienced in using MS Office
