Under the umbrella of the Teupe Group, we employ a total of around 550 people in Germany at our headquarters in Stadtlohn and five other locations as well as in Austria and Switzerland.

We are looking for you to join our HR department at our location in Stadtlohn as soon as possible.
Your mission
  • Independent implementation of payroll accounting with DATEV and processing of all personnel employment law tasks, including employment contracts, certificates, etc.
  • Correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies, offices and authorities including certification and reporting
  • Coordination with financial accounting and controlling
  • Supporting our employees (m/f/d) with personnel-related issues
  • Independent participation in various (cross-departmental) projects

Your profile
  • Your professional/personal requirements
  • Qualified commercial training, preferably also a tax clerk (m/f/d) with experience in payroll accounting
  • Confident appearance, strong written and spoken communication skills, discretion
  • Good MS Office know-how, especially in Word and Excel
  • Initiative and independence, combined with confidentiality, responsibility and the ability to work in a team
